Erectile dysfunction medications seized in Glengormley

Large amounts of unlicensed medications have been taken by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a home in Glengormley.
A guy was spoken with by department officers about unlawfully importing and consequently unlicensed impotence medicines via the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medication offenses.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, stated: "It is vital that we get the message across that unlicensed medicines can be unsafe.
"These types of items being sold, typically online, have undergone no quality control and there can be no assurance about their security.
"You merely do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More significantly, you do not know the result drugs like this may have on your health."
